When are LIVE EDGE Practice Pads available?

Every month, we do a product drop of around 30 pads. These drops are announced to our waitlist members first, then announced publicly shortly after (as supplies last) the shop goes live, so be sure to join if you want early access.

Can I pre-order a pad?

We don’t offer pre-orders, and that’s intentional. We care deeply about your experience and want to avoid taking payment until we have a finished pad, ready to ship straight to your door. It’s our way of making sure you’re never left waiting or wondering.

How does the waitlist work?

When you sign up for the waitlist you’ll get exclusive e-mail notice of the exact date and time of the monthly product drops before its publicly announced. Waitlist members also occasionally receive discount codes throughout the year to use on select drops.

I'm not seeing waitlist emails, what should I do?

Be sure to check your spam or promotions folders. Some email services occasionally filter our messages there.

How can I best keep the playing surface clean?

A small amount of Windex applied to a paper towel works great for cleaning the playing surface. Be sure to avoid spraying directly onto the pad to prevent any damage.
